Top 10 List of 2008: #10 *re-ment special cakes*

Here we go! I’m beginning to partake in the fun of a Top 10 List of my own. No, I’m not David Letterman, so it won’t be as cool, nor as entertaining as that great   I was going to kind of cheat and do it all at one time in one post, but heck, why give you it all at once, eh?
So, here we go:

#10: Re-ment (Special Cakes for Me)
Description of Toy/Toyline: Re-Ment (www.re-ment.co.jp) is one of the best producers of 1:6 accessories & props anywhere. You’ve got to be living under a rock if you don’t know about them! (Seriously, if you’re into 1:6 scale and you haven’t run across them you need to!)

So why did Special Cakes for Me make my list?
Mostly because I find myself using them time & again as props in various photoshoots & scenes.

Each set came with a pseudo-chrome plated tray (either round or rectangular accordingly) as well as silverware: forks, cake slicers & tongs all of a rather ornate nature.

Plus some of them are so damned _pretty_ who can resist?

I’m glad when I bought them that I broke down and bought 2 sets so that there are complete numbers. Because lets face it, 2 cakes is never enough! (and it looks better in the photos to have multiples!)
