Yes, at long last I finished the project!!!  I’ve managed to make 4 “Valentine’s Gift” sets in 1:6 scale.   :cheerful:

They’ve definitely taken a lot of work & time to make and I can’t pretend to be sad to have finished! IMO they’re very nice to look at (I made all the chocolate / candy pieces to be removable) but I’m not sure that I’ll be making any more this year. Or next.  I dunno.

Anyway, here’s what a couple of them look like: (there are more pics on my etsy)

Check out Balthazar doing the Valentine’s Day thing below!  I’m so glad I got that Hot Toys sniper  headsculpt when I could! (I do really need to repaint those hands though. And de-shine his body…maybe this weekend!

Fashion Royalty Giselle with a valentine gift

Each box of chocolates has a different combination & selection of candies  and each bouquet is slightly different as well. It’s pretty much a case of WYSIWYG.

Anyway feel free to check them out—and as always, comment! ;)

  1. Great stuff yet again :)

They came out really nice. I love the detailing on your Etsy stuff, it looks better than alot of the Japanese stuff I have seen.

    Keep it coming :)

  2. Dude.
    You are insane.
(I mean that in the good way, of course. ) I can’t believe how great these turned out, I mean, they are AMAZING!!! :w00t: You can tell that some major work went into this. I know you probably don’t even want to look at them right now, lol, but you should be so proud of these  I love how every box cover is even unique. Really, really, truly awesome! A great idea, and perfectly executed. These are going to be gone in a flash! Bravo!

On a side note, I’m super curious to know about how you’ll be repainting your guys hands?

  3. FANTASTIC WORK!! You truly inspire me to get crafting for my figures.

  4. I’m wondering how you can work with a so tiny scale goodies… Really amazing and well done!

  5. WillHeh. Is that “japanese stuff” Re-ment?
C LOL. Yes, I am certified. :silly: I’m glad that you and some others can see the work that went into them….and yea, right now they’re the last things I want to see :pinch: . For painting the guys hands–well that’s because they’re so fugly. and very yellow at odds with the rest of the bodies. I’m going to try with some acrylics. You want me to take pics?
Jules Thanks! I’m glad I can inspire some other folks! :)
Kizzychan It’s not easy! ;) But when I decide to do something I’m pretty determined. I also LOL have to admit I’ve lost probably the equivalent of a whole box in my floor. *sigh*

  6. Yes!!! Take pics! I’m annoyed by the same thing with a lot of my guys, but I haven’t tried to do anything about it yet. I’d love to see what you do.
