My goal yesterday was to make some strawberries out of polymer clay. I was optimistic, even a little psyched to try it out…however my efforts have failed miserably. ;-( I obviously need to try again–but perhaps at a time when I have a bit more patience.
I didn’t want my whole day to be a loss on the clay front, I decided to try my hand at making some 1:6 blueberries. Those, I’m happy to say turned out better.
They range in size from 1mm to 4mm for the really large ones. They’re actually darker in person, and more of the blue of real blueberries but capturing the color this am seems too much for my brain!
I’m toying with the idea of after I bake them going back and adding the “crowns” that they tend to have. It might be too much work–but then it might look really good. I’ll probably try it out with one or two & see how it looks.

Holy cow. You have way more dedication than I have! Nice work.
Thanks
Not sure if I’d call it dedication….just wanting to do things as right as I can (without too much hassle). I’ve managed so far (since I completed the berries) to dump the container all over the navy blue rug, the desktop, and the keyboard. ;( I may need more berries soon!
