In my efforts to sort through my doll & 1:6 stuff I found a body that gave me an idea. (Yes I may be procrastinating a bit…it’s a pain winnowing down the stuff that needs to go!)

One of my biggest (actually, one of my only) gripes with the Volks dollfie bodies is that they don’t come with high heel feet as an option. You can buy optional hands, optional heads but…no optional feet. :(
I suppose technically there is the option, but only if you want to buy one of the century model dolls and I’m sorry, but 100+ dollars for a doll I only want the feet for is crazy! :o xD

Anyway, It’s a small project and I expect I’ll probably get it completed this week. I’m going to try to take photos though, so that if anyone else has the same desire for HH feet for them you can do it too.

I’ll check your tutorial out. I only have 2 Volks Who’s That Girl Kana dolls so far. (Oh I would sooo like to have at least 2 others, but now is not the time for that. I, too, have major collection pruning to do.) I might – no, WILL get those dolls and if I decide they need HH feet, I will have your tutorial as a how to and what to do.

    Thanks in advance ;-D

Good luck and my sympathies regarding the pruning bit.

I’m looking forward to it. Might not use it for my one and only Volks body, but maybe it’ll be adaptable for Obitsu. ;)

Thanks folks! :D I know not everyone needs/or wants high heel feet but it’s been one of those things…

D7ana: you’d probably be able to use it with the WTG bodies since they’re essentially modified beauty bodies.

Ursula: I’m not sure that it’ll work for the obitsu simply because the knees are constructed differently than the volks ones (and that’s key really) I shot some photos last night and have to dremmel some today and then I’ll post what my results were!
