Well, I managed to do Terry’s hair today.

It’s ok…although I think I slightly over-cooked it when I did the boiling. :?

Ah well. 
I don’t think the frizzy look is too bad–since I think it goes with the geek-factor he’s going to have going on.

Not sure if I should cut his hair shorter or not? (If I cut it shorter it will probably go to about chin length on the front and shorter in the back /sides.

Any comments about that??

  2. I think it looks goods, but I always find it hard to imagine a final look until they have a face. The shorter version sounds good – but then you can always cut off more later.

    I do too! :) I’m not sure what he’ll turn out like either–and especially so, since I haven’t painted this kind of obitsu head before… I guess we’ll see soon?

    That’s the downside to dolls–unlike people their hair doesn’t grow back! Well, I think for right now (at least until his face is done) I’ll leave it at the current length. When he’s painted I’ll post him again and ask for feedback! :)
