I’ve been schluffing around and thinking and trying my hand at a few different things. Tomorrow, (Sunday) if we get back in time from our trip to pick up a large airplane kit for Mark, I will spend the remains of the day taking photographs…. Of what, you ask?

Ok…here it goes

  • some sewing during the last week or so consisting of: 2 corsets, a sweater, a t-shirt
  • I’ve had some re-ment arrive that I was waiting for *and happily it arrived in good nick from HK*
  • This week I was bit by the greenery bug…I’m hating the fact that if I want any plants for my 1:6 dioramas, I have to pay through the nose and buy them off ebay…or settle for crappy, sub-par 1:12 scale plants. I thought I’d try to make my own. I ended up making 1 plant and 3 bonsai trees….

I’ve also got to admit that I have made for myself a personal challenge… It’s related to 1:6 furniture, but I don’t want to go into it in this post. Suffice to say it has something to do with value for money/effort and leave it at that…for now.

Anyway, I’ll hopefully check back in tomorrow, with a mess of photos for everyone to gawk at! :D

  1. I’ll be joining you on that furniture challenge as soon as I finish up the two shirts I’ve been sewing. Go Go!

  2. I can’t wait to see your pictures.

  3. Milk — I really hope you manage to finish those shirts (and that at least one might be for August? I realized that part of the reason he gets so little face time in the psys is because I never feel I have anything appropriate to his personality to dress him in.) I envy you the patience in not only working out the pattern for them but making them too! I have to admit that I’ve worked one out too–I just can’t settle down enough right now to do any sewing! ;P

GREAT idea to take up the furniture challenge! YAY!! I won’t be all alone!!! ;) The only thing that’s stopping me from moving forward with it at the moment is that I want to tweak some of the designs a bit….make it more usable for my peeps. I settled on the red & black color theme at least! :)

May Thank you for the encouragement! I can use it! :D :D
